Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Indianapolis, IN)

Clearpath Mill Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Indianapolis. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on building operations. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on volunteer programmes and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
