Highbridge West Facilities is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on building operations for supply orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 436 people based in Houston. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on supply orders and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system.
