Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Houston, TX)

Bluepeak Haven Property Management is a Houston property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on building operations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track spending on unit turnovers and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
