Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Honolulu, HI)

Northwind Vista Housing is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on building operations for maintenance stores, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on maintenance stores and building supplies. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
