Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Honolulu, HI)

Stonegate Granite Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Honolulu. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on building operations. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on waiting lists and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
