Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Honolulu, HI)

Fernwood Sparrow Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Honolulu presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on building operations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on exhibitions and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
