Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Honolulu, HI)

Fernwood Cobalt Property Management is a Honolulu property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our building operations. You would join a large organisation of about 976 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on unit turnovers and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
