Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Vale Housing and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be building operations. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on repair requests and building supplies. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
