Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Honolulu, HI)

Stonegate Ridge Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Honolulu. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on building operations. You would join a large organisation of about 205 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on resident services and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
