Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Honolulu, HI)

Foxglove Birch Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Honolulu. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on building operations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track spending on housekeeping schedules and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
