Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Grand Rapids, MI)

Harborlight Union Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Grand Rapids area, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our building operations. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on housekeeping schedules and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
