Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Fresno, CA)

Lumen Nest Housing manages affordable housing communities across Fresno. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on building operations. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on resident services and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
