Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Fort Worth, TX)

Westbrook Hollow Facilities is a facilities company in Fort Worth with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on building operations. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on safety inspections and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
