Bluepeak Rowan Hospitality Group is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on building operations for group events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on group events and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system.
