Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Detroit, MI)

Silverline Rook Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Detroit, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our building operations. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on repair requests and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
