Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Detroit, MI)

Bluepeak Rowan Hospitality is a hospitality company in Detroit with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our building operations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on food costs and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
