Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Detroit, MI)

Westbrook Harbor Hospitality is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on building operations for group events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 629 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on group events and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification.
