Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Detroit, MI)

Bluepeak Rowan Hospitality is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on building operations for group events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Track spending on group events and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Detroit, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
