Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Des Moines, IA)

Harborlight Clear Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Des Moines presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on building operations. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on event logistics and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
