Amberfield Vale Housing is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on building operations for repair requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 143 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on repair requests and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
