Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Denver, CO)

Rivermark Hollow Facilities is a facilities company in Denver with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our building operations. You would join a large organisation of about 928 people based in Denver. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on customer sites and building supplies. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
