Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Denver, CO)

Greenridge Lakeside Hospitality is a hospitality company in Denver with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our building operations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on housekeeping schedules and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
