Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Colorado Springs, CO)

Ironwood Meridian Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Colorado Springs. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on building operations. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on housekeeping schedules and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
