Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Colorado Springs, CO)

Stonegate Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Colorado Springs. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on building operations. You would join a large organisation of about 208 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on cleaning schedules and building supplies. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
