Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Colorado Springs, CO)

Westbrook Harbor Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Colorado Springs area, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our building operations. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on housekeeping schedules and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
