Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Cincinnati, OH)

Bright Loom Property Management Group manages apartment communities around Cincinnati. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on building operations. You would join a large organisation of about 784 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on unit turnovers and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
