Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Chicago, IL)

Stonegate Rowan Facilities Group is a facilities company in Chicago with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our building operations. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on contractor visits and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
