Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Charlotte, NC)

Lumen Linden Facilities is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on building operations for customer sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on customer sites and building supplies. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
