Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Charleston, SC)

Clearpath Ivory Hospitality Group runs guest-focused properties across the Charleston area, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our building operations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on supplier orders and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
