Foxglove Yarrow Hospitality Group is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on building operations for supplier orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on supplier orders and building supplies. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
