Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Buffalo, NY)

Silverline Hollow Arts Center is an arts centre in Buffalo with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on building operations. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Track spending on event logistics and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
