Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Boston, MA)

Foxglove Yarrow Hospitality Group runs guest-focused properties across the Boston area, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our building operations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on food costs and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
