Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Boston, MA)

Cedar Junction Housing Group is a nonprofit housing provider in Boston. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on building operations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Boston. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on resident services and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
