Westbrook Yarrow Arts Center is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on building operations for exhibitions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 612 people based in Boston. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on exhibitions and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification.
