Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Boise, ID)

Lumen Works is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on building operations for volunteer programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on volunteer programmes and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
