Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Austin, TX)

Northwind Yarrow Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Austin area. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on building operations. You would join a small organisation of about 188 people based in Austin. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on reviews and feedback and building supplies. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
