Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Austin, TX)

Lumen Cross Facilities Group looks after properties across the Austin region. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on building operations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on cleaning schedules and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
