Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Austin, TX)

Lumen Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Austin. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on building operations. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Austin. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on resident services and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
