Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Austin, TX)

Lumen Vista Housing Group provides affordable homes and support services around Austin. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on building operations. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on maintenance stores and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
