Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Austin, TX)

Foxglove Glen Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Austin, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our building operations. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on customer sites and building supplies. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
