Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Atlanta, GA)

Clearpath Iron Housing manages affordable housing communities across Atlanta, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our building operations. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Track spending on rent assistance and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
