Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Atlanta, GA)

Cedar Juniper Facilities is a facilities company in Atlanta with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on building operations. You would join a small organisation of about 136 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on customer sites and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
