Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Anchorage, AK)

Rivermark Meadow Housing Group provides affordable homes and support services around Anchorage. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on building operations. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Track spending on resident services and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
