Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Anchorage, AK)

Silverline Basin Facilities is a facilities company in Anchorage with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our building operations. You would join a large organisation of about 609 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on supply orders and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
