Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Albuquerque, NM)

Ironwood Yarrow Hospitality is a hospitality company in Albuquerque with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our building operations. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on food costs and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
