Facilities Coordinator - building operations (Albuquerque, NM)

Lumen Timber Property Management Group looks after rental homes across the Albuquerque area. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on building operations. You would join a large organisation of about 529 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on resident events and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
