Executive Assistant - event logistics (Honolulu, HI)

Westbrook Lakeside Farms is an agricultural business based around Honolulu, and we need an Executive Assistant to lead our event logistics. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Manage a busy calendar, travel and expense reports. • Keep files, contracts and follow-ups in order. • Handle sensitive information with care. • Coordinate with partners and staff about grower contracts. • Prepare meeting materials and take accurate notes. What we are looking for • Three or more years supporting senior managers. • Excellent judgement, discretion and writing. • Very organised and calm under pressure. Nice to have • Event planning experience. • Experience with grower contracts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
