Executive Assistant - event logistics (Hartford, CT)

Ironwood Fern Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Hartford region. We are hiring an Executive Assistant to take on event logistics. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Coordinate with partners and staff about seasonal crews. • Manage a busy calendar, travel and expense reports. • Prepare meeting materials and take accurate notes. • Keep files, contracts and follow-ups in order. • Handle sensitive information with care. What we are looking for • Very organised and calm under pressure. • Excellent judgement, discretion and writing. • Three or more years supporting senior managers. Nice to have • Event planning experience. • Experience with seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
