Estimator and Sales Representative - residential remodels (Portland, OR)

Fernwood Iron Construction is a Portland remodeling company with 12 employees and a network of trade partners. We are hiring a part-time estimator and sales representative to visit homeowners and prepare quotes. What you will do • Visit homes, listen to what the owner wants and measure the space. • Prepare clear estimates with our project manager and follow up with clients. • Support the handover to the build team. What we are looking for • Experience in construction, estimating or home-improvement sales. • Friendly, honest and able to read plans. Part-time, about 24 hours a week, in the Portland area, with some evenings.
