Dispatcher - driver support (Wichita, KS)

Harborlight Umber Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Wichita, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our driver support. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling field records on changes. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of field records. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
